Channel Islands Exclusive Total Immersion Method

The Channel Islands Total Immersion Method revolves around you or a loved one, and it continues to strengthen as we get to know each other and establish that all-important bond of trust. Our method employs recent innovative advances in mental health treatment, evidence-based modalities, specialized individual treatment plans, scientific neurobiology, and humanistic therapies, all while treating any underlying dual diagnosis and a unique Family Program that has earned clients and their families accolades. Complementing these vital treatments and therapies is our powerful, unwavering ring of support. Through these collaborative efforts, we help the client uncover the underlying issues of their mental health challenges. Channel Islands’ Intensive Outpatient Programs combines the effectiveness of an evidence-based, specifically prescribed treatment program, with the convenience of a flexible treatment schedule. Our IOPs not only address your or a loved ones individual issues but also provides tools that will last a lifetime. Intensive Outpatient Programs are 9 hours per week in 3 hour blocks giving you or a loved one the attention and focus necessary to heal. Our IOPs are specifically designed for adolescents (12-15), young adults (16-24) and adults (25+).

If travel and times are not convenient, we offer virtual IOP for both adolescents and young adults. Our admissions coordinators are experts in helping you find the best schedule to meet your needs.

Our IOP is designed for adolescents (12-15), young adults (16-24), and adults (25+). It is particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, PTSD, personality trait disorders, stress management, mood regulation, self-esteem, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

Yes, we accept most insurance plans. Our admissions coordinators can assist in verifying your insurance benefits and determining coverage options for our Intensive Outpatient Programs.

Yes, we offer county-wide Virtual IOP for adolescents and young adults who may have scheduling or travel constraints. Our virtual program provides the same level of support and evidence-based treatment as our in-person IOP.
If traditional therapy or previous treatment approaches have not provided the desired progress, an IOP may be the next step. Our program is designed for individuals who need structured support while maintaining their daily routines. Contact our team for an assessment to determine if IOP is the right fit for you or your loved one.
The length of our IOP varies based on individual needs. While some clients complete the program in a few weeks, others may require a longer duration. Our clinical team continuously assesses progress to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Upon completion, clients leave with a personalized wellness plan and coping strategies to maintain their mental health. We also offer continued support and guidance to ensure long-term success.
